Basic Liquid Epoxy Resin
Basic liquid epoxy resin has good physical and chemical properties. It has excellent bond strength with the surface of metal and non-metallic materials, and is featured by good dielectric properties, small hardeningshrinkage, good product size stability, high hardness, good flexibility, and good stability against alkali and most solvents.
Our company adopts whole-process automation control for basic liquid epoxy resin production, precisely adjust the water and PH values in the system. The product quality is stable, which has reached the domestic advanced level; at the same time, continuous reaction and post-processing technology are used to achieve simple process, high utilization, and thus to minimize material consumptions and achieve continuous and large-scale production of liquid epoxy resins.
Solvent Epoxy Resin
A mixed solution obtained by dissolving solid epoxy resins having high viscosity and low molecular weight in xylene or other solvents. It is one of the solvent epoxy resins.
Brominated Epoxy Resin
In addition to features of ordinary epoxy resins like good chemical stability, electrical insulation, corrosion resistance, low shrinkage, strong cohesivenessand high mechanical strength, brominated epoxy resin also has excellent flame resistance.

Special Epoxy Resin
Special resins are mainly halogen-free series products and high-performance resin products, of which the halogen-free series products are phosphorus-based flame retardant halogen-free epoxy resin developed in response to the environmental protection requirements. It uses dicyandiamide as the curing agent, matched with imidazole accelerator for curing reaction. The operation process is similar to the common FR-4. Theseseries products are matched with DICY or phenolic resins for curing. The flame retardant plate can reach UL-94 V-0, and the burning smoke is small. In addition to the wide operating window which is reserved, the anti-stripstrength and flexibility also demonstrate high performances. Because of the small hydroxyl content, high epoxy content, and low hydrolyzable and other impurities content of the molecular, high-performance epoxy resins have many unique advantages in use; in addition, after being mixed with acid anhydride, the storage stability is enhanced. The heat resistance and the electrical insulation of the curing products are better than ordinary low molecular weight epoxy resins.

Brominated Epoxy Resin
