1. What is Polyurethane System material?

Polyurethane system is a compound that includes 2 components, which are component A and Component B, Component A is blended polyol, Component B is Isocyanate. TDI or MDI is belong to Isocyanate.

 

2. Are you a factory or trading company?

We are a polyurethane system material factory, we provide bicomponents PU material (Component A & Component B) to factories or manufacturers who make molded foam products.

 

3. What is your MOQ?

Our minimum ordered quantity for single component is 10KG, our smallest drum can carry 10KG.

 

4. How to ship samples and mixed chemicals in bulk to clients?

For small quantity, we ship by air or land, since the chemicals are liquid which belongs to sensitive cargo, the air shipping fee will be higher than common goods.

 

5. Is your sample free?

Our sample is not free, but we can return the sample fee to you once your ordered quantity reaches 20 Tons.

 

6. What types of PU foam system material you can offer?

We offer flexible system, semi-rigid foam system, rigid foam system, integral skin foam system, polyurethane elastomer system.

 

7. What applications can use your PU system?

For flexible foam system: bedding, mattresses, pillow, furniture, automotive interiors, shoes insoles, bra cup, GEl, toys, packaging.

For rigid foam system: insulation, insulated windows, doors, roofs, air barrier, cooling box, skateboards, PU imitation woods, PU ceiling borders.

 

8. Do you provide product design and developing service?

We can develop foam formulation according to your technical requirements after business relations established.

 

9. Is your chemical formulation open to clients?

Our formulation is unique, and non-disclosure, we can offer the technical parameters to you, and teach you how to mix the materials with the proportion.

 

10. What other service can you offer?

We can offer on-site service, if you require our engineers to be on site, we will fly to you to solve problems.

We can offer foam training service, you can visit our factory in China to have a specific training of 7 days from logic, methods, processing steps to debugging procedures, a certain amount of expense is aroused.

 

  

11. What is the packaging of the blended Polyol and ISO?

Polyol: 200-220 kg/barrel.

Isocyanate: 250 kg/barrel.

One pallet: 4 Barrels.

20 ft container: 80 barrels/18.8 tons.

40 ft container: not suggested, over-weighted.

 

12. Do you provide foam machine and mold?

We don't manufacture machine and mold, but we can connect you to our cooperated machine factory and molding factory who has competitive price.

 

13. How to make payment?

You can pay through bank wire transfer, L/C etc.

 

14. What is the delivery time and warranty?

For PU material within 10 Tons, we can supply in 7 days, for over 10 - 20 Tons, we can supply in 10 days. All sold materials enjoy half year - 1 year warranty, we provide after-sale service for quality problem or processing errors.

 

15. How to storage the chemicals?

Avoid daylight and store in a well-ventilated place, seal the barrel gap if the material is not used up.
