Petrolatum is a semi-liquid mixture of alkanes or saturated hydrocarbons, also called petroleum jelly, produced by the fractionation of petroleum.

Its state is between solid and liquid at normal temperature. It has three colors: brown, yellow and white due to different uses. White petrolatum is white petroleum jelly.

White petroleum jelly is waterproof and is a very good moisturizer that can be used for:

1. Raw materials for preparing pharmaceutical ointments and skin protective ointments;
2.Ingredients for cosmetic creams, balms, cosmetic oils, etc.;
3. Emulsifying paste for lubricating silk fabrics in the textile industry;
4.Temporary protection of precision instruments and medical equipment.
