Dioctyl phthalate is a colorless or light yellow
transparent liquid with a special smell. The boiling point is 386ºC, and the relative density is 0.980 ~ 0.983(20/4ºC). Insoluble in water, soluble in ethanol, ether and other organic solvents.DOP is one of the most widely used plasticizers in plastic processing. Good comprehensive performance, high growth efficiency, low volatility, UV resistance, cold resistance, so that the product's softness and electrical properties are improved, is a relatively ideal main plasticizer.

Application:
General grade DOP: widely used in plastics, rubber, paint, emulsifier and other industries. The plasticized PVC can be used to manufacture artificial leather, agricultural film, packaging materials, cables, etc.
Electrical DOP: it has all the properties of general DOP and good electrical insulation. It is mainly used for the production of wires and electricity.
Food grade DOP: mainly used for the production of food packaging materials.
Medical grade DOP: mainly used to produce medical and health products, such as disposable medical instruments and medical packaging materials.
