Cocamidopropyl betaine(trade name: CAB) is a colorless or light yellow transparent viscous liquid. As a zwitterionic surfactant, it is used in acid and alkali. It has excellent stability under natural conditions, showing cationic and anionic properties, respectively. It has good compatibility, low irritation, easily soluble in water, stable to acid and alkali, more foam, strong detergency, and excellent thickening.
